Kits and Packages

The bundle kit is an extra cost option that includes the premade components such as the various doors, cupolas, dormers, barn windows, stairs, and stalls. These will enable you to complete your project in a fraction of the normal labor time and at minimal cost.

These premade items are of excellent quality, designed to fit right, look right, and last one hundred years. Bundle kit prices reflect a multiple item discount.

Bundle kits are paid half to order, half when ready. Order early enough to allow us time to prepare the bundle. If you order the framing lumber package option shown below, the bundle kit crate can be put on the lumber delivery truck, with considerable shipping cost savings.

The lumber package may be ordered from our supplier or your own. Our supplier of many years, Bayview Building Materials of Elma, Washington, is noted for their high quality lumber and excellent service. As a high volume customer, they give us an excellent price. We pass that same price on to you, with no markup from us. You get our price. They quote to you directly. You pay them before shipment.

The lumber here is of exceptional quality. The plywood is 5 ply Douglas fir.The framing lumber is kiln dry Douglas fir, with western red cedar trim. Washington state residents will be required to pay sales tax.
